FUAKO ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Panda Pie mobile application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app.

Children's Privacy

Panda Pie is designed to be suitable for all ages, including children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. For users identified as children, our third-party advertising partner operates under COPPA-compliant settings, which disables behavioral targeting and cross-app tracking.

Tracking Permission (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the app requests your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites using Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you grant permission, Unity Ads may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads and measure ad effectiveness across apps. If you deny permission, only contextual (non-targeted) ads will be shown. You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information directly. However, our app uses Unity Ads, a third-party advertising service, which may collect the following data:

• Device identifiers — including the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), used for ad serving and, if tracking permission is granted, for personalized advertising across apps
• Coarse location — derived from IP address, used for region-appropriate ad delivery
• Ad interaction data — such as ad views and clicks, used to measure ad performance
• Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data, used to maintain app stability

How Information Is Used

The data collected by Unity Ads is used for:

• Serving age-appropriate advertisements (personalized if tracking permission is granted, contextual otherwise)
• Measuring ad performance, attribution, and analytics
• Maintaining app stability and diagnosing crashes

If you have not granted tracking permission (or are on Android where no prompt is shown), ad serving relies on contextual signals only and does not involve cross-app tracking.

Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party service:

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties, except as described in relation to Unity Ads above.

Data Retention

We do not store any user data on our servers. Any data collected by Unity Ads is subject to their data retention policies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data associated with your use of the app. Since we do not collect personal data directly, such requests should be directed to Unity Ads through their privacy policy.
